Guts must be stable quality and diameter along the length of the segments. Hanks supplied mainly from long segments of casings. Non-dusty pimply to 0,1 mm. The casings are used in the manufacture of sausages with automatic untwisting of sausages and wieners for high-efficiency equipment.
The casings are well cleared of mucous, serous, and muscle shells, the walls of the intestines must be strong and withstand water pressure of 0.05 MPa. Hanks supplied by long segments of casings. At one end of a long gut (over 12m) allowed one not sprawling hole.
